The LEVIFLOW® LFSC-i06X is designed for high-precision, non-invasive flow measurements in bioprocessing. Three pairs of piezoelectric transducers generate and receive ultrasonic waves. When flow is present, the with-stream waves are accelerated, and the against-stream waves are slowed down. The difference in transit time of each pair is proportional to the velocity of the fluid.
The LFSC-i06X sensor with its integrated electronics comprises a very small footprint and allows for easy installation.

With 6 beams in total, the LFSC-i06X covers the complete flow area to ensure a highly stable measurement.

Gentle measurement principle
The sensor’s non-invasive measurement is ideal for shear sensitive cells and proteins.
Multiple standard tubes and two temperatures
The sensor is calibrated for Saint Gobain C-Flex®, Silicone Pharma, AdvantaFlex®, and AdvantaSil® tubing and for temperatures of 20° C and 37° C.
Ideal for high-purity liquids
The sensor is completely non-invasive and therefore ideal for high-purity downstream and upstream processes.
